“Dust on the ceilings. No soap or shampoo. No blanket. No towel/mat for bathroom floor. Missing light bulbs. Electronic lock but no doorknob on the inside so really nothing to grab to open the door from the inside.”

“This hotel is conveniently located near the Tanger Outlets, with ACME market right cross the street. The hotel suites are recently renovated, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Free breakfast also includes several different fresh fruits.”

“The breakfast was sub par and the toaster was broken. Only one side worked. They should’ve purchased a new one. I started to go to Walmart and buy one for the hotel. Guest had to wait a long time for toast.”

“Clean rooms (we rented 2) and nice staff. Very convenient to route 1 (shopping, food & beach). Nice pool with perfect water temperature! Would definitely stay again on another visit.”

“Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. No carpet on floor which makes it CLEAN pet friendly. Room had no pet odors. I had an ADA room which was perfect for easy shower access. The breakfast buffet was excellent the French toast was to die for (like home made) delicious!!! 24/7 coffee and tea available in lobby as well as a snack kiosk. My pup enjoyed the room as well. This is going to be my new annual stop over destination on my trip between NC and NY.”

“Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again.”

“Such and great experience from staff to amenities to cleanliness. This was our second time at the Avenue and they didn't disappoint. We had a room with a balcony over-looking Rehobeth Rd which was very enjoyable. Room was super clean, towels were plenty and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. We'll definitely be going back!”
