“Called immediately after making a reservation online and asked if they could make sure I could get a room with a bathtub, the lady said that was totally fine and that she would make a note so when my room gets set that it would be a room with a bathtub. When I got there and asked if I was getting a bathtub room they said yes. My room didn't have a bathtub lol so I went out and thankfully they changed rooms. “Power went out a few times...elevator was not working for most of the trip and the room took a while for it too be cleaned.”

“I expect more from a Comfort Inn. The bedspread was both dirty on the edges and torn. It was white in color which made the dirt easy to see. The floor in the room had small peices of paper lying about which indicated it had not been vacumed. We had only one bath towel in the bathroom to accompany two hand towels and two washcloths. The staff were pleasant and helpful but obviously the standard for this motel below what it should have been.”

“The room wasn’t exactly clean looking, the floor was sticky and had a lot of weird black spots all over it. We were put on the first floor because the elevator was broken and were immediately told the poo laws closed for maintenance. A lot of the breakfast appliances were broken too.”
