“The place is really nice and the staff is super friendly. If you're traveling with a partner though, be aware that the bathrooms do not have closing doors. You will essentially be using the restroom within 5 feet of whoever is in the room with you. You also have to pay over thirty dollars to park your car overnight and you cannot opt out of the valet service. The only way to avoid this is to find street parking. ”

“My 1st room was very dirty. I was given another room that was clean. The management worked with Expedia to give me a credit which restored my faith in both companies. I go to Bridgeville twice a year. I have stayed at both hotels there. The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. I will be staying there in the fall.”

“My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.”
