The free excellent coffee in the lobby was awesome as the other hotels I stayed in on this trip charged for overpriced mediocre coffee. “The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! Anthony was so great with Smores around the fire! He went all out to make stay great! The housekeeping needs improvement as far as frequency. It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. “Came two times a month apart and hot tub was not working either time. The bass from the loud music was too much and gave me a headache. From the room, you don't hear the music, just loud thumping noise from the bass- not enjoyable. The AC was difficult to control. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were wonderful and the restaurants have very good food.”
