Hotel storici a South Tampa

“I'm in Tampa twice a month on business, which means I stay at many different places all around the city. This one truly exceeded my expectations. Fully equipped kitchen, access to an outdoor grill, location, and decor were all excellent. I was going to book my next stay there later this month, but it had already been taken. No surprise! Very nice place!”

“This is located close to the many downtown Tampa activities. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again...

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“I stayed for just one night... but i was allowed to do an early check-in, check-in was fast and simple. Room was big and comfortable. The bed/bedding was extremely comfortable. Even my nieces said they had a great night's sleep, even when our room was next to the elevators. Breakfast was actually delicious. To close up out weekend, when i asked to confirm at what time checkout was, i was offered a late checkout.. the customer service was outstanding. ”
