“Was a good place to stay,friendly n nice”

“Room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, staff contacted us to let them know if we needed more towels, etc... The only negative was that we saw a cockroach in the bathtub, but no where else. Very responsive to a call, when I did not read well and was having trouble getting into the room. Totally my fault - directions were clear, I just did not scroll down far enough in my email.”
