“Apartment was really clean except stove needed a little more love. Bathrooms were very clean, which to me is more important than the stove. Microwave was very clean (which is not always the case when I book apartments or hotel rooms). Apartment is one of four in a building and there's one parking space per apartment which is really nice. We had difficulty opening lock box but host was quick to respond and quick to find a solution for us. Really appreciated the quick responsiveness and trouble...

“No wash cloths and no hand soaps in bathrooms or kitchen. Also no where to put shampoo bottles in bath .other than that good room.”

“We were delayed about 10 minutes at the Entry gate by the process. Nobody answered the phone listed on the gate sign on Thursday late afternoon when we arrived and we and another guest party were left to wandering around to find the reception check-in desk, which we ultimately did. Probably it would be good to send a a very prominently labeled "Important" e-mail to the guests as soon as the reservations are made online telling them how to get into the campus and what to expect, where to go,...
