“Booked 2 rooms for a week, they put us on different floors. They agreed to move us closer the next day. Room they gave us then was tucked in a corner with view from the balcony was the blank wall of other wing of hotel. They also had 2 hot tubs outside that were both barely warm”

“The overall experience was fantastic. I did encounter a minor issue..while checking, the attendant was trying to charge me for the room. I explained that I had already paid for the room via Expedia…I showed my receipt… and they still had to verify with management. I’m not sure exactly, but after a long drive that minor inconvenience can get annoying. Nonetheless the resolved it they were polite about it and the rest of the time went unscathed…overall 10 out 10. Will definitely be back and I...
