Hotel all inclusive in Texas

“I was very disappointed with my stay. For the price I paid (almost $800 for two nights), I expected a clean, well-maintained resort room. Instead, we arrived to a room that looked neglected. There were several cleanliness issues throughout the room, and the conditioner bottle had visible clumps inside, which made me uncomfortable using any of the provided toiletries. It felt more like a budget motel than a resort. The next day made the experience even worse. We spent the entire day at the beach...

“The hotel itself is okay. Wouldn't really consider this a 4 star hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed the pool and beach access.”
