Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies.”

“We are an older couple staying for a couple of nights and the room was meant for a family with little children as the toilet was very small and extremely low, the sink was lower for easier child reach and there were NO support in the form of bars or anything else for older individuals. This needs to be noted by staff checking people in. The room is not very comfortable or safe for older individuals.”

“Beautifully decorated. Nice and cool rooms. Spacious design. The bathrooms were excellent and water nice and hot. The only disappointments were there wasn’t an iron and no breakfast was served. However there was a wonderful cafe near by. Just a 6 min walk. It made the trip well rounded. I will most definitely tell my friends and family and will stay again! Lovely staff! Made my husband and I wedding anniversary a very relaxing and stress free experience.”
