“L'hotel da fuori sembra carino e a posto ma appena entri nel check-in se non stai calmo in 2 secondi litighi col personale a dir poco irritante. Fortunatamente nel mio caso in seconda battuta e' intervenuta una seconda persona piu' gentile. La camera assegnataci come richiesto era no-smoking ma era stata sicuramente per fumatori almeno fino alla sera precedente visto l'odore insopportabile di fumo in cui tutto era impregnato. Colazione appena sufficiente.”

“The service when I checked in was very friendly the service at the restaurant/bar was very friendly very good customer skills but they charged me twice for wash rag that I did not get sad they want to charge $5 for a wash rack and I did not get no boyfriend but I figured if they were hurting that bad for that $5”
