Hotel per chi ama l'avventura a Galles del Sud

“Lovely last minute night away. Haven’t stayed here for a while and I think the rooms have been refurbished. Very nice. Only two issues. Very musty smell in the room which I think comes from no window ventilation. Loads of condensation running down the window after a shower and the air conditioning didn’t work when we got there. Assuming it’s on a timer but it was cold. But good stay.”

“Had a problem in our first room but was dealt with quick and moved. The view was amazing the only thing missing was somewhere to sit on the balcony Breakfast had so much to choice from. ”

“Really liked the hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. I stopped in room 11 and the WIFI was really poor. Kept dropping out even though I was on it. As I was travelling wife work I use the evening to do my admin since I’m on my own. This was not possible though as it kept losing signal. Reception told me the hotel was full hence why it kept dropping out. But that should not be my issue it should be good enough for a full hotel. ”

“La Struttura e un po datata ma funzionante e funzionale, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutto cio che serve, la mia non aveva il frigorifero e l'armadietto era piuttosto piccolo. Molto vicino a Cardiff Bay area, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La colazione e varia e ricca (15 pounds ad adulto). ”

“The hotel was almost ok except the bed. It is incredible that in 2022 they still use spring mattresses and the springs pop us and you feel them in your back the whole night. What a shame fornsuch a hotel chain”

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“L'Hotel ha tutto ciò che serve, è in un parco tranquillo dagli alberi secolari. 2 percorsi di 18 buche, 2 ristoranti e castello di Caldicot a 5 minuti d'auto. Anche Cardiff si raggiunge in meno di un'ora. Davvero un posto ideale per rilassarsi, fare sport e visite a luoghi della tradizione gallese”

“We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb. We are more than happy to share with our family and friends after our nights stay”
