“The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service”

“I loved the staff. I had a huge issue with my registration and they remained helpful and professional. Once we figured out issue (thankfully I had my email conformation) the issue was resolved. The breakfast was also good. I would’ve given all 5s but there was a cat in hotel lobby and I’m allergic to them”

“Rooms were clean, hotel was overall quiet. I gave this 3 stars because I want to be frank in that if you are staying in this hotel /area in general, there are very active train tracks right outside. As a hotel during travel or outdoor activities of the area, it is probably a very convenient location for the area (there isn’t “much” around). “Guest lounge usually in use by staff, who also treat guest loading/unloading area as their private parking lot. Beds are hazardous, maid service sketchy. What's not to like?”

“I couldn't eat anything they offered and it's not worth the price for a broken ice machine on the 2nd floor and u have to walk down to the 1st floor to get ice so it kinda sucked”

“The room was very clean. Beds comfy. Pull out couch was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but kept running out of towels because there were so many people swimming. But the staff was very attentive and replaced towels when requested. I loved the cornhole game and large connect four game in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“I would have gave 5 stars because the stay was wonderful, beds are comfy definitely no complaints on that. However the sheets did have a few stains, so did some towels, the floor was a little dirty and something was on the toilet seat. Other than that it was a quiet comfortable stay.”
