“Quick walk to the beach. Cottage was cute. Beds were not the most comfortable. 10am checkout is frustrating.”

“Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!”

Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. ”

“The property was as advertised and it exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and charming. And, it was a shirt ride to Hyannis and our fishing charter.”

“This is a spacious, comfortable house with a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and had comfortable beds and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed making s’mores in the backyard fire pit. The location is a terrific - easy to get anywhere on the Cape. On our daily walks with our dog, the neighbors we met were so friendly and welcoming.”

“Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative.”

“Great pl as ce”

“Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again”
