Newly renovated with central air conditioning, this home is close to Seagull beach, Dennis Beaches and Long Pond. Centrally located to all amenities on Route 28 as well as a Cape Cod Rail Trail stop one mile away. Situated in a family friendly neighborhood, with a large backyard.

We had a great stay! House is super clean and convenient to a lot of the mid and outer cape. Nice quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable!. Tons of beaches in Dennis and Yarmouth close by and Nauset is only about 1/2 hr.

Great house in cape cod

Perfect for a family with young children. Near seagull beach (5 min drive). Really quiet neighborhood. The garage with all the beach supplies is a must. The host was very quick to respond.

Cute house with easy trips to mini golf, restaurants and beaches

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here with our two young girls and two small dogs. The house was perfectly clean, and the host was very responsive to the small questions I had. Check in and check out were a breeze. South Yarmouth was a nice location for us due to its proximity to grocery stores (1 mile from Shaws and Stop & Shop), great mini golf, Ice cream, and many restaurants. There was even a free concert on Monday night at a Yarmouth Beach that was so fun! We chose to buy a weekly pass to Dennis beaches, and it was a short trip to our favorite beaches (West Dennis beach, Corporation beach and Mayflower beach). Overall, awesome trip to the Cape and a pleasant place to stay. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to others!

Comfortable and cozy

Cute and small home. It was great for two people but might feel crowded with four. The house was well stocked with pretty much anything you would need. The pots and pans were not great quality, but they served their purpose for our short stay. We loved the location and that it was centrally located to anywhere on the cape. The owner was very responsive and that is a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again inn the future.

Relaxing week on the cape

The property was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 year old daughter and dog for the week! The location is just a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, shopping and parks. We really loved the quiet neighborhood for walks with our dog and family bike rides.

Very comfortable stay

My wife and two teenage kids stayed here for 7 days. Very nice comfortable home. Perfect for our family. Good location with easy access to stores and Yarmouth beaches on both the North and South side. Also easy access to Hyannis Port and whale watching cruises. My kids loved the “amazing” internet speed.

Cute Little Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. This cottage is nice and clean and this is the most important thing to us. We were also able to bring our little dogs with us on vacation, so that was really nice too. They loved the nice yard. The location of this cottage is great too. It’s located near everything and the neighborhood is great for walking the dogs. It is also a very quiet neighborhood, which was great. The kitchen has everything you need, and the living room was very comfortable for in the evening. On the downside, the bathroom is really small and the only other issue we had was when taking the dogs out the sensor lights kept going out after about 15 seconds…other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

This is a perfect place in a quiet neighborhood. You can change up your walk daily. It’s close to everything you need and minutes from the beaches. The house is updated and comfortable. Caryn responded quickly to messages. I’ll come back.

Peaceful Retreat

The property was exactly as described. Nicely appointed home and furnishings. Kitchen with everything you could need. Our dogs loved the back yard and walks in the peaceful neighborhood. Good location for exploring all over the Cape.

Perfect Getaway Location

Cape Cod vacation rental

The house was located near a lot of CC entertainment. Mini golf, restaurants, shops, and beaches. The house was very neat and clean, and came equipped with several amenities like wi-fi, central air, and a washer and dryer. We were also able to bring our small dog which was really nice. The owner was responsive to all our messages before, during, and after our stay there. Our family had a great time during our stay at Caryn's house in the Cape.

Great location & everything you need

We had a great experience staying at Caryn’s property! I’ve been going to the Cape all my life and have stayed in many places, and this is one of the best. First, you can’t beat this neighborhood for proximity to restaurants and places of interest and also for safe dog walking. Second, I really appreciated how uncluttered the house was, but yet she also provided everything we needed (from linens to paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags, which a lot of houses don’t). Third, Caryn was extremely responsive to questions and quick to resolve or remedy any issues that came up. All in all, a perfect stay! Thank you Caryn!

First time in Cape Cod

This home was the perfect size for our little family’s stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, great location and close to wherever we wanted to head to. A few photos of the place needs to be updated (i.e. the shower now has a sliding door, not curtains). It’s an updated and renovated home, Central AC is in the home. Caryn was a great host and quick to communicate with. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Great home base on the Cape

This property was perfect for me, my wife and our pup. The property was well equipped and had plenty of towels and beach chairs and a comfortable patio. Nice, quiet neighborhood was perfect for walking the dog around. The host was friendly and was quick to respond to our questions.
