  • Enjoy the warm, ocean air breezes from Nantucket Sound, in this completely renovated 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. This home is .2 miles to Thatcher Beach!

    On the lower level of the home, you will have a King size bedroom, Bunk room with a twin bed over full bed and a full size bathroom with stand-up shower. Perfect for multi-generational families, this home has a kitchenette perfect for a morning cup of coffee, fridge overflow or making lunch. A comfortable living room and smart tv round out the first floor.

    The upper level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious kitchen island with surrounding seating and modern and updated decor. Ocean views of Nantucket Sound can be seen from the upper lever of this home! The kitchen, dining and family room have an open-concept, allowing family to entertain and spend quality time together. The living room features an oversized sectional and smart tv. Off the dining room is a slider leading to a deck with table and chairs. At the other end of the upper level of this home, you will find another 3 bedrooms, a full size bathroom located in the hallway and half bathroom located in King Bedroom. Other amenities include enclosed outdoor shower, dishwasher, washer/dryer and wi-fi.

    Home is walking distance (0.5 miles or less) to Parker’s River Beach, Seaview Beach, Thatcher Beach and The Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House.

Fantastic Ocean View Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 222 with extended family and it was perfect! The house was in pristine condition. The best in ALL our combined years of renting. The in law set up was perfection for our family as several family members have severe food allergies. It allowed us to vacation worry free. The ocean views from most of the home were absolutely breathtaking and the neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect space for 10 people; inside and out. Gorgeous property!!

Another Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at 222 Pawkannawkut. Our first year, it was the first season rented and the house was still was this year! It is in a great location, beautiful marsh and ocean views, always a lovely breeze! A great home for a multi-generation-family summer vacation as there is an in law apartment down stairs. House is well stocked both in and outside! Great little walk to the beach through the Red Jacket Resort Parking lot making it super safe to walk with littles and while you lug your beach gear! This house is also in a great location in South Yarmouth with a quick drive to Dennis and Hyannis! Hope to return!
