Lasciate che le onde vi rovino a dormire in questo fantastico cottage veramente fronte mare direttamente sulle acque più calde di Nantucket Sound. 3 pareti di porte in vetro scorrevoli offrono viste panoramiche che si affacciano sulla vostra spiaggia privata di sabbia e sul magnifico Oceano. Nuotare, pescare, surf, kayak, vela, barbecue, prendere il sole nel vostro cortile. A pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi, spiagge pubbliche o hotel per noleggiare jet ski, kayak o parasail. Questa casa è stata recentemente acquistata da noi ed è abbastanza nuova al mercato di noleggio. Ma non essere nervoso, è bello come sembra! Abbiamo una solida storia di cinque stelle di noleggio che copre le nostre due case oceanfront accanto, e questa è la crema della coltura! This house was perfect for our family vacation. We have young children so it can be a lot of work to plan a beach day. We were able to come and go to and from the private beach as we pleased which took so much stress off of us. When the kids went to bed, we got to relax on the deck and enjoy watching the waves roll in and out under the bright moon. We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the great restaurants and attractions that Yarmouth has to offer which again is another bonus when traveling with young children. Check in and check out were a breeze, easier than a hotel! We truly enjoyed our vacation.

Lovely beachfront location

We chose Seawitch because we wanted somewhere directly on the beach. It was lovely to be able to open the doors and see and hear the sea. The property was clean and comfortable.

Incredible Vacation Spot

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. This was our second stay here and I have no doubt we will be returning for a third! The location on the beach is spectacular and the property itself is wonderful. It is close to great restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The owners are very responsive to any needs that may arise during a visit. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely Incredible!

This home is amazing. I really have no words to describe the LOCATION. When you sit IN the house, you feel as if you are ON the beach. Its like having your living room on the sand. You can only understand what Im saying by experiencing it. Beautifully appointed decor and soooo cozy. Quiet, peaceful, breathtaking views - sunrise to sunset. Don’t miss this gem. Look no further!

Great location, private, great views

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Being right on the beach was very nice. We enjoyed taking walks, just sitting outside, drinking coffee on back porch, and a night would open the doors and listen to the waves and enjoy the cool breeze. The house had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed the Skipper restaurant right down the road, local ice cream shops, and the taffy market. It was nice being close to Hyannis so we could take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard for day trips. Great communication from owners, very friendly and accommodating.

Dream location!!

This place was absolutely adorable. Very retro feel but has everything you need. Walking out back in the morning, just sitting there having coffee while watching the waves crack is just a great way to start your day. You are literally about 15 steps from the ocean. I’ve never slept better in my life. Listening to the waves crash at night is about the most peaceful thing ever!! This place will not disappoint!

Lovely

Peaceful place on the ocean close to entertainment. The house is very cute and you can relax hearing the ocean sound. The kids had great fun playing by the beach while I could watch them from the porch.

Oceanfront Getaway

Our stay at the Seawitch was exactly what we were hoping for. Direct beach/ocean access, privacy, Cape Cod charm. The home is small, but cozy, walk right out to your own private beach. Quiet, peaceful, exactly what we needed. Responsive, helpful owners. Highly recommend this property.

Cute property

It was nice being right on the beach. House is very cute with the yellow accents. Lots of glass giving great views. Bed comfortable. All appliances there as well as a real lobster pot. Would stay again.

On the ocean

This place was perfect for us. You can't get any closer to the ocean at such a reasonable price. It was nice having your own little beach spot with your own beach chairs . Will be returning in the future.

Birthday getaway

Maybe a bit pricey depending on availability but as advertised and worth the money. I had a nice 2 day stay. The beach is cleaner than others which was nice. Getting in and out of the address onto the road was relatively easy and quick to get into town and back. Would be top notch if pets were allowed but its understandable. Nice kitchen, bedroom and small but cozy bathroom. Lots of places to relax and move around. Pretty quiet and a view you dont want to miss. Id love to come back for a equal or longer stay.

Perfect ! Ocean at your door!

Small, rustic and cozy. Clean. Perfect view of ocean at your door through all the walls of windows. No air conditioning but the breeze was sufficient. You can open all the doors and it’s just like being on the beach without the sand. Comfy sofa. Perfect distance to get to anything else on the Cape. I’m coming back in September with a friend.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet trip to Cape Cod, and the Seawitch was just what we were looking for. The living room with all the windows was the best, and the constant sound of the waves were, too!

Nice place, great location.

Nice place, great location. The place had everything we needed, was right on the beach, great views, check in process was easy. I would recommend this for a weekend away or longer.
