Several advertised amenities were unavailable or not functioning. There was no pool or hot tub, and even the ice machine wasn’t working during our stay. Our room was outdated and didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom was still dirty, the windows were filthy and difficult to open, and someone had left a tissue stuffed...
