“We were in the city for 5 days for my our sons wrestling tournament, it was so convenient to the airport and the venue. The room was so clean, the staff were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was on point. The area is very quiet, considering that it was next to the police station. ”

We were the only guests in the lobby, and the girl at the front desk (who was incapable of eye contact) initially said she could not find our (pre-paid) reservation, then said they were full - and after almost 30 minutes, finally got the maintenence man to show her how to check us in. “The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”

Being handicapped (recovering from 2messed up knee surgeries) I needed help getting down and getting up! All else acceded expectations!!”

“The staff were awesome—especially the ones working the breakfast buffet and the housekeeping staff. They were very friendly and kind. Those ladies were so patient with my daughters. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and fresh. The girls absolutely loved the indoor pool. ”
