“I read a lot of bad reviews after booking the room and was expecting the worst, fearing that I had made a mistake with the booking . Man was I wrong, the desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful, the room was very nice and clean with everything working. Great place in a great location. The only downside is no cell service due to a radio telescope in the area. Use WiFi to set your GPS BEFORE you go traveling. “The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. I admittedly panicked (we drove for 12 straight hours overnight), and our friend was on the verge of declaring us missing because he couldn't get in touch with us. “What a great property and amazing host. Our check in details were provided well before our check in time which makes everything work smoothly. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and also a grill outside with a side burner. We ate in the whole trip.
