“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Everything was wonderful except you are paying a resort fee and renting chairs and umbrellas for a so called “private beach” that is the furthest from private. People just walk on bringing their own big umbrellas (blocking the sun) their own chairs not having to pay a resort fee. It’s really not private so if that’s what you’re looking for definitely go elsewhere. Staff was great, Gracie’s the Italian restaurant is unbelievable not to mention we had the best waiter Parker!
