“Disappointed that the beach Club area closes at 6 pm. The infinity pool is located there and has no lifeguard on duty so would have been nice to take a dip - also the lap pool was down (traveling with college swimmers and wanting a am workout) - one reason we chose the Palmetto. Limited food menu. Pool bar closed early 6 ish. Super clean and massive well equipped fitness room.”

“Though it was a nice hotel in terms of the look it wasn’t as well Kept in the actual rooms as I would’ve liked they don’t clean the rooms when you leave and I shouldn’t have to deal with the conditioner and body wash in the bathroom being empty all those things should be taken care of .. it took forever to get anyone on the phone and they we’re not prompt in sending people with towels and things you ask for”

“This place is so lovely and unique! We love the grounds and our room was comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant or spa, but hope to come back and stay longer to enjoy those. If you want a unique stay, this is it!”

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”
