“Staff super friendly, clean for the most part we just had really noisy neighbors maybe when they build this hotels add more insulation so it won’t be as noisy also no carpet we loved it but also doesn’t absorb the noise from upstairs”

Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us.”

“I really appreciated the fact that when they say they are a dog friendly hotel they are truly dog friendly. Hard floors make for easier clean up in case anything happens and helps mitigate possible charges that could happen from having to clean up a dogs mess on a carpet. The dog friendly rooms are on the bottom floor with outdoor easy access in the room. They even offer dog bowls in case you forget your own. “I wasn't as impressed as I'd hoped to be. We had a suite with two double beds and a pull out couch. The beds were comfortable. The mattress on the couch was horrible and you could feel all of the springs. The bedding for the couch bed was insufficient, also, with only one pillow and no blanket. In addition, the bathtub did not drain at all and the shower curtain leaked no matter what, with water all over the bathroom floor when finished. “Pros: Room service came by every day and it did have beds. Cons: The Pool was closed down, green and it didn't look like they had any intention of ever getting it back in order. My kids were not happy and neither were we because we were told that there was one there when we booked. The Internet was TERRIBLE! The connection was so poor it dropped constantly and wouldn't load anything during brief moments of connection. I had to buy more data on my carrier which cost me more than it should...
