“Wonderful!!!!only minus no coffee maker intoom”

“It has been a number of years since I have stayed here and the place is still immaculate. The room was so clean and comfortable, very spacious. The indoor pool I was clean and very warm. The breakfast area was the most neatly laid out that I have ever seen and the hostess did not let anything run out.”

“I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.”

The towels did not smell fresh, even after requesting new ones, which made me question whether they were washed properly. “We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. “The room was clean, they have underground parking and the staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly!! I’ve stayed there a few times whenever I go to concerts at the Moda Center. Plus, Red Robin is right across the street from the Quality Inn, so it’s really convenient!!”

“Kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. Expedia website shows they have ice, cooking utensils etc. They don't have any of that they will offer ice trays.”
