“Hotel curato e tranquillo ubicato ad alcuni chilometri da Rotorua. Se in possesso di macchina è l'deale per visitare la zona in alternativa lo sconsiglio perchè decisamente fuori mano. ”

“Place was a dump. Toilet didn’t work properly, television didn’t work, remote needed batteries, wifi didn’t work properly. The food menu wasn’t even close to the pictures on line. It was run down and was a disaster. We paid for two nights but checked out after one. Only positive was Claire the manager. ”

“Abitazione molto bella, con area esterna e dotata di ogni servizio. Un po' distante dal centro di Rotorua (15minuti di auto), ma va molto bene, dato che Rotorua non è una bellissima cittadina, mentre il resort è in una bellissima posizione. Bella anche la piscina e i campi da tennis.”

“Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway. They only have 12 rooms and it’s a great stay. Staff knew all the guests and made us feel like family.”

“This was a wonderful accommodation. My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The views were incredible. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Star the manager could not be any nicer. Anything we wanted she was there to get it for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily and amazing snack drawer was filled. Refrigerator was filled with drinks and replenished daily. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. Much better than standard continental breakfasts normally...

“We loved this place! Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and homey. The location was right next to the lake and couldn’t have been more lovely. It was so private it felt like we were a million miles from anyone else. The only complaint was that the bed was too firm for us. ”

“Nice little room, good location. Helpful front desk staff and good parking. It’s next to a geothermal park which is a blessing and a curse. You are close enough to walk to this free geothermal park but the smell easily made its way to the motel and we found it a bit overwhelming at times. ”

“The room itself was nice and clean however there were ants all in the bathroom. The spa pool was lovely in big however it didn’t work when trying to turn it on. The staff were nice and friendly and very welcoming. Had a great touch with the coffee machine within the room itself.”

“Room was clean and staff was courteous. Walls are thin and guests next door were loud and arguing late into the night. Fixtures need updating and a bathroom fan could be helpful. Parking was extremely tight, especially if arriving last or late. FYI, motel resides in area of town that does smell of strongly of sulfur.”
