Hotel vicino a Lake Rotoiti -

“Great value for money and excellent service from host Iris. Lodge is a little dated but it’s huge with plenty of activities from a pool, snooker/pool table, gym, gaming devices, tennis courts and extensive grounds. Location is handy to main highways, some of the key attractions and only 20 mins into central Rotorua. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Good location, very clean room and very friendly staff. I highly recommend.”

“Ottima struttura appena rinnovata, ampio parcheggio, molto chiare anche le istruzioni per il self check in”

“Our room unfortunately was not good. Black on the ceiling in bathroom, no milk in fridge, holes in bedspread, burn mark holes in kitchenette countertop. The worst part was that we discovered there were no towels in our room and the office was closed with no number displayed to call. I'm glad we only stayed one night and if the office were open or a number to call I would have complained at the time and requested a new room.”

“Location”

“For $15 usd, cant beat it. Clean, quiet, friendly. Even offered extension cords for charging in the bed, a fan, full kitchen use, and a place to lock your things so you dont have to worry about roomies with sticky fingers. Its downtown so convenient for going out for a walk, movie, shopping, but sometimes parking is a litrle harder. Had to park around the block. No biggie.”

“The room was well thought out and worked well for us. The kitchenette was nice, though we didn't cook. The bathroom seemed like it had been updated recently. Our only issue was that it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't make the heat work. There is on-site parking which is always helpful.”

“Location and services are very good, but we experienced a poor assistance for the late check in”

“Basic room but sufficed, staff very congenial and helpful.”

“Staff is amazing as they do ever. If something needs fixing just ask them. The grounds could use some manicuring and trimming. Door stops are a trip hazard. Location is not in town but on the lake. It is quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning.”

“Lovely staff but whole place needs refurbishing and modernising. Tired furniture and carpets. Great shower!”

“The place was spotless, the location ideal.”

“Ottima posizione e personale disponibile ”

“Everything was great! The lady who runs the place was very helpful. The place is very well maintained & the facilities are terrific. You can also use the connected hotel pool. Great value for the price.”

“Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per la gentilezza del personale, stanza spaziosa, pulita, letto comodo, tutto perfetto. Ottimo posto fuori città nel verde, vicino a tutto. Consiglio. ”

“The room was very nice, clean. Had a small refrigerator, microwave, enough dishes and utensils. The only issue was trying to lock the door to the room- key was difficult, at times”
