“the gal that helped us checking in was same gal that checked us out. she seemed like she didn't care about much. the room with a view included cinder blocks a ladder, traffic cones and bicycle. the room was clean.”

“Hard to get through to the front desk from my room. Waited for the shuttle for 45 mins. I called and was told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. No one said that I had a call the shuttle service to tell them to come pick me up until after my second phone call 30 minutes later. ”

“The actual room was ok. Clean and with the amenities one would expect. But the hotel is situated in a seedy neighborhood. Outside the hotel there are enough homeless people with visible mental health problem roaming around - at some point one guy was emptying the trash right outside the hotel shouting various things. I think it gave my 14 y.o. daughter a renewed appreciation for where she lives. ”
