“This hotel is one of the best we ever had. The front desk service was very professional and kind. The staff at the breakfast area this morning was so sweet and kind I wish I got her name to give her credit. The room has everything we needed-shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. Some hotels only give shampoo and bar of soap that’s why I was surprised when I walked in the bathroom. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. The furniture and lights look classy. “Arrived, check in was smooth. Got to the room, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Went back to front desk, receptionist was very polite. They wanted to upgrade my room. But, I already had the best room (suite), got a new suite, no problem. Room was clean, except a stench. Upon entering the bedroom section. ”
