“Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. The drinks at the rooftop bar were unique & very good. The meat tray- not so much.”

“My stay at Holiday Inn downtown Grand Rapids was great and very comfortable. They offered a breakfast buffet for $16.99, but we did not check it out. This hotel was clean, the staff was great, and they offered a free shuttle bus to downtown events. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here again. ”

“Last time i stayed hear i did not pay extra for breafast so could not get this time i stayed and Paid for breakfast on this site for an extra $25 and when arrive to property they mentioned that it was free”

“There was not a hot breakfast offered during my stay and the bed was not comfortable. I was charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and was told I would get it back when I left and still have not received it back. We left the room in a clean tidy condition. The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and there were no towels. Overall I feel the pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet my expectations, I would not stay there again. ”

“My husband grew up seeing this place and always wanted to stay here. So when he had to go back up to Michigan I thought it would be a nice surprise to book him a room here. First of all they said they had no rooms available. This was after booking the reservation (through Expedia). They all of a sudden managed to come up with a room - room 330 which was apparently akin to the janitor's closet. I *specifically* paid extra for a city view. “Clean enough and convenient location”

“The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!”

L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato.
