“Room 128 should be condemned. If my local board of health came here it would be shut down. $175 (incl tax) was a "sale". If the want to do the right thing, they will reimburse me. I arrived at 2;30 and had to sit out in my car until 3:00 because the young man at the desk said they don't do check in until 3:00. I came in at 3:00 and had to call on the emergency phone”

“The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. “Everything was clean and fresh , only thing that was missing was toothbrushes and toothpaste 😅!”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet which seemed to be running too long to refill and they sent someone in the morning and it was taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of options and the breakfast area was open and inviting. In good weather there are outdoor tables as well. Bedroom was comfortable and the llving room was as well. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet and we had a tree right outside of our window. Parking was easy”

“Did have broken coffee machine in room. It was replaced. Tear in Seattle cushion was noted. Thermostat was " off". My room was either too hot or cold. Hard time getting to adjust.”

“This place used to be a best western. TheThe best western had an amazing hot breakfast.The breakfast at spark is pretty lame and I actually would not stay there again for that reason. Otherwise, it was clean and well stocked, but the pool had way too much chlorine in it.Which was a serious irritant”
