“They send you a link ahead of time to check in, you complete that, then once you get there they tell you that it didn’t matter & that you’ll have to do the whole process again on paper. They don’t tell you ahead of time about the $50 deposit, thankfully it’s refundable as long as you don’t smoke. My 2 biggest issues would fall under staff & amenities.
