“Lovely view of inlet and marinas from window. Walk to RPAYC. Not a lot of dining options locally, but Newport beach in walking distance (or bus).”

“The service at check it was excellent. Great staff in the Hotel part. Advice on dinner was also good. No breakfast amenities either but Coffee & Tea with a good fridge with milk pods were there. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Down side was that he windows rattled all night from the wind and noisey cars and motorbikes throughout the night. Windows are not double glazed so hence the noise. Air conditioner was set at probably 22' and wouldn't heat at all and the cold draft...
