“The hotel is in the centre of Cairns explenade. The room is beautiful (level 12) Only the mattress its too soft, if someone has back issue or chronic pain, better let the staff know. For the rest 10/10 .”

“Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alle partenze delle navi per la barriera corallina ed alla zona centrale. Ottima stanza, comoda e pulita. L'orario di apertura della reception dovrebbe essere più lungo. Non si hanno molte possibilità di chiedere informazioni se se ne ha bisogno.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay and visit the Great Barrier Reef. The hotel is perfectly located, with a 5 minute walk to the marina where all the tours begin for the Great Barrier Reef. The staff were so friendly and helpful in the most wonderful way, and a special thank you to Jacob. The restaurants and their staff were so kind, and the food ever so generous and delicious. “Such an amazing location in Cairns. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was great. Only complaint, and even then it didn’t affect our stay at all, was the restaurant played loud music a couple nights. But I would stay here again. ”

“It’s in a great location right in the heart of the city entertainment area. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff were great. The only slight negative is that we were on level 4 and the rooftop bar was quite loud until after 10pm and then the set up for breakfast (assumption) started about 5.30am.”
