“The whole setup of these managed apartments is poor. First of all, at check in you are given two lanyards with multiple physical keys, fobs etc for the room, car park, balcony which was so confusing and makes it very inconvenient. No swipe card for the room, physical key given, but then fob to access lifts and other areas. We weren’t given enough towels for our room and I don’t recall reading that we have to empty our own bins, wash towels etc. we stayed for 5 nights and it was very annoying...
