“Booking in after 5pm was frustrating as intercom service kept cutting out and I had to re-ring them over 6 times. Once in the building instructions to pick up key was straight forward. Apartment was well appointed and clean. My preference for water temperature should be 1 to 2 degrees higher as it was quite cold when I was there and took a long time to reach maximum heat.
