“The front desk clerk on day shift was super helpful and friendly. She recommended restaurants and things to do on the island. Night shift clerk wasn't nearly as friendly. There is very little parking at the hotel and it is tight, not good for big vehicles. Most parking is one street over in the overflow lots. The cleaning staff woke us up well before 8 am talking extremely loud in the hallway repeatedly, not just once. At home we get up early and prefer to be able to sleep in on vacay. ...

“The light right outside our window was so bright all night. Only shades on the tiny window. No curtains. The air conditioning unit in the room throughout the night sounded like an airplane landing nearby. ”

Our room had a slick design and was very comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient for eating and shopping in Mount Pleasant, but also allows easy access to Charleston by car. It is also fairly priced.”

“Thin walls. Heard neighbors talking on their phones (it was loud and had trouble sleeping), dogs and kids running upstairs, toilet activity, yuck. Plan for atleast one hour if you want to take a shower since the shower head is tiny and has very very low water pressure.”

“Staff at breakfast did not speak English. Breakfast cost $15 per person. So i had to pay $30 for grandsons to eat a bowl of cereal. Breakfast was not served. You had to get it. It was cold. Not a big selection. Most crucial thing is always have staff that speaks English. The maid also spoke no English.”

Consigliabile sicuramente e con un prezzo onesto per l'offerta. Come tutti (o quasi) gli hotel negli States, ampio parcheggio a disposizione e colazione compresa (entro le ore 9). ”

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”
