“After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service...

“This is a well maintained, quiet and restful hotel. I would recommend it for anyone going to Subic Bay. The only thing that I had a problem with was that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea in the morning.”

“Great vibe. Beds could be improved. Owner was a nice guy made you feel at home. Food was great. Beaches were covered in trash everymorning , staff cleaned them everymorning . Such a beautiful place , its a shame people have to throw their trash in the rivers. ”

“Pool was nice. Staff was responsive to our needs. Room was cool and clean. Refrigerator was larger than expected and very cold! Easy beach access. Nice bars/ restaurants. Good affordable food and drink. I would stay with them again. ”

“Bed was very comfortable, room is a bit small but adequate. There was no kettle but the helpful front desk team supplied me with one. Location is great!”

“We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund.”

“DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! ”
