“The rooms were not clean! We had to go into another room because they only have one cleaning lady that’s elderly, and she just couldn’t keep up and she doesn’t clean the rooms or change the beds as they’re supposed to be! They finally get done what they need to get done but this is a very old old hotel that used to be wonderful to stay at but now they’re just letting it go downhill fast ”

“I had such high hopes. I went to four different rooms and really tried to have an open mind. The rooms were dirty. They didn’t look like they had been properly cleaned in years. The last room they sent me to hadn’t even been cleaned by staff and had unmade beds and dirt towels. The bathroom was disgusting. I honestly felt unclean after being in these rooms. Find somewhere else to stay. I do have to say that the front desk lady was the sweetest human ever. She was so understanding and kind....

“The room was smelling bad when we arrived and the odor did not disappear. This room was not with the beach view but view on the parking. They do not clean the room if you do not ask. Internet was not working and we did not have any access code. Thankfully the staff was nice. But this hotel needs some fresh air as the odor in the room was horrible. They also charge 100$ for incidental that is returned to you one week later and not the same day as they said..”

“Addetto alla reception gentile, stanza spartana con qualche lampadina bruciata. La sorpresa arriva quando scopro che le lenzuola di ambedue i letti sono sporche con tracce di sangue, capelli e macchie varie: evidentemente i letti erano stati rifatti dopo la partenza dei precedenti ospiti ma le lenzuola non erano state cambiate! Avviso la reception e dopo una decina di minuti vengono a verificare e decidono di cambiare le lenzuola. Roba da terzo mondo!!!”

“The room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower had mold, and the floors were never mopped… they continued to bring sheets with stains… ”

“The room is divided into basically 3 sections. A Living/Dining area with one small table, 2 chairs, a small refrigerator and a very small microwave; the bedroom with two night stands and a wall mounted TV; and the bathroom. No coffee maker and there is no continental breakfast so you're on your own there. There is also a reasonably sized closet although no hangers are provided. Take your own shampoo, they only provide soap and towels. No real issues with cleanliness, room and shower both...

“The room was just okay if you want to just have a sleep before you leave to continue on your trip then it'll be okay but for long-term stays I wouldn't recommend. I had accidentally chosen a smoking room and it did stink of smoke but that's my own mistake won't happen again. the motel is Surely showing its age.”

“This is the second time we have stayed at this property during bike week. We absolutely loved it! We had a problem with our TV and the manager came to our room within minutes and brought us a new one. Beautiful location too, right on the beach. This property will definitely be our go to place to stay for bike week.”
