“I had a wonderful stay at Summerland Waterfront Resort. The location is beautiful, right by Okanagan Lake, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the waterfront, and explore the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.”

“2nd time staying , perfect spot to rest for a night in between wine tasting along Narramata bench , also ideal as it’s at the end of the road cycle across KVR trail from Myra Canyon. After a long cycle , it was wonderful to be greeted with such friendliness and enjoy some tasty bites with a wine taste which was included with our stay . Rooms very comfy , and a nice big bath to unwind ”

“The restaurant was lovely although underused. Staff in all parts of the hotel were both professional and personable. We had a smoke alarm in our room that flashed green all night long but reported to staff when we checked out and they were most apologetic and would look into it which I am sure they did. ”

“I've stayed here twice in the last year while in town for work. Each stay has been excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. All one could ask for after a long day working. The breakfast is also excellent, with a selection of hot and cold dishes. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. ”

“Pet friendly with a refundable deposit was great. The full kitchen included an oven. Excellent location. The building is dated but it was perfect for the price.”

“Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. ”

“I booked this hotel for a spring break staycation with my boys. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. When we checked in, we were informed the pool was closed for maintenance. The hot tub was unavailable as well. This was incredibly disappointing!! If I had received a message when I booked saying the pool was unavailable, I would have cancelled and picked somewhere differebt. There were also several hockey teams staying at the same time so it was a bit chaotic as far as noise. Kids will...

“This place is AMAZING! This is the second time we have been here and will not go anywhere else in the future. Owner is friendly, helpful, and all around awesome! Rooms and property is very clean, modern and safe. Surrounding area has shops, restaurants and lots of scenic walking. Sitting out on the patio in the morning having coffee or winding down the night in the gazebo is so nice. Bbqs to do some of your own cooking is an added bonus. Coffee, tea, fridge and microwave in the room is a nice...
