The newly renovated cottages take you back to an earlier time and the communal sitting areas and BBQs were well thought out. Every detail of this hotel had the guest experience in mind. “Room was very clean, new, beds were comfy, ac was blowing icy cold for me, and the bathtub was deeper than any standard hotel I have been to (and that’s lots!). Sure it’s not right on the beach but it was in a quiet area tucked away from the hustle of the main tourist area, but close to amenities. It was priced at about 1/2 the price of hotels in the area, I have zero complaints. There are some mixed reviews but I think that some people have unrealistic expectations of a budget friendly hotel....
