“A bit like your own private Koru lounge. Great spot if you have an early flight out of Wellye especially if you have to drop off a rental car. Only gripe was the large number of empty room service trays in the hallway on the way to the room. Apart from that it is a great option if you're tight on time & want somewhere comfy.”

“I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. ”

“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”

“While the room and the property was decent enough, the shower in the bathroom was filthy. We ended up scrubbing the walls of the shower ourselves, cleaning off layers of mold and mildew. We never had the chance to discuss it with the front desk as it is really tough to find anybody at the front desk anytime we walked through the lobby. Other than the shower the rest of the room seemed to be decent enough.”

“Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort. Camera "appartamento" familiare molto ampia dotata di due camere e un bagno con doccia molto spazioso ed agevole. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”

“Airport Stays was really good. In a convenient spot for where i was going. It was self check in, but worked easily enough and a fast process. ”

“The perfect position in the centre of the city. Shops and restaurants close by. Relish Cafe a few doors down under the chemist warehouse has lovely food for lunch and a delicious breakfast. The guys behind the counter were very helpful and up for creating what I asked for”

“Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. That said, I would totally stay again, but I would not go for the ground floor studio. Still, great stay, fantastic breakfast and the men on reception were excellent. We...

“nothing to say about the room's services, there was everything, even the TV with chromecast, the bathroom was large and with everything you need, soaps, shampoo and conditioner , hairdryer. But the thing I liked least was that it was a "blind" room, it had no windows! this "small" particular I would have preferred to know at the time of booking!”

“The bed wasn’t great. Had a ‘mattress topper’ that constantly slipped during the night because it seemed to be too small for the bed, which was annoying. On 2nd night I wanted to remove it and revealed a very stained mattress underneath. Everything else was ok. If I’d booked a more budget friendly place I’d have been perfectly ok with it, but we paid a lot to stay here for a bit of a treat so it felt a bit disappointing that the room was so average.
