Clean bathroom and shower, AC worked very well, clean kitchen appliances, and good places to eat/get coffee just a short walk away. First Fridays in Wailuku is just a couple blocks away too. “There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving. The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. ”

“the external part of the hotel is nice but inside really bad, rooms with a musty smell, dirty, with ants, sheets that seem used, staff at the entrance who do not greet. One morning at 8 they had to do some construction and they made a lot of noise, no signs, no apologies. The only positive note: free water dispenser to fill water bottles.”

“This is a charming boutique hotel which just happened to be super-convenient location-wise for the Cycle to the Sun race event. Right next to the bike shop that organized the event and close to the start line. It also has access to a beautiful beach and is smack in the middle of Paia town with plenty of food and shopping options.”

“Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture,lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.”

“Struttura come da descrizione. Pulita e con piscina usufruibile sino alle 8:30 della sera. Mare accessibile direttamente dalla struttura. Bagno ampio e cucina attrezzata sufficientemente. Sarebbe stato bello avere a disposizione piccoli condimenti come sale, zucchero e pepe per chi come noi soggiorna per pochi giorni. Disponibile lavanderia, ma senza possibilità di macchina cambia monete o pagamento con carte. Area barbecue bordo piscina fantastica. A pochi passi il costal trail. ”

“La camera è confortevole e pulita (potrebbe essere utile avere a disposizione le istruzioni del microonde). La colazione è molto basic, ma sufficiente. La spiaggia davanti all’hotel a nostro avviso è la migliore dell’isola. Essendo che la reception è aperta dalle 8.30 alle 16 il controllo è quasi inesistente: i bambini vanno in piscina a giocare già dalle 6.30 del mattino, barbecue fino a notte tarda e a colazione la gente si prende una valanga di roba e se porta in camera... già alle 8 i panini...
