“Due to hotel being overbooked, we were given a room at the sister hotel. We are grateful for the ease of this but we wish we had been notified in advance as our arrival was after midnight. The front desk attendant was very helpful and made the situation a lot better than it could have been. ”

“The property was very dirty, there were liquid stains on the sofa, the carpet was really dirty. I expected more. I felt very uncomfortable staying there.”

“Lets be honest, this is a motel turned into a hotel. First off, room smelled like mildew as soon as I entered. The floor was dirty. I could feel the dirt under my feet and really noticed when i got into the shower. The AC barely worked. The AC unit was held together with actual duct tape! The front door barely closed. I would not recommend staying here and wont ever be staying at a Ramada by Wyndham ever again. ”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“This place was amazing! The experience. The amenities. The shower!!! But why 3 stars! It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the ground! The bed was insanely hard! Hello back pain. Geez. Can yall use a topper… anything! Food and drink was a little over priced. But going on a trip for rest, and sleeping on concrete. Geez. The price we paid for a weekend could easily buy 5-6 comfortable king mattresses off Amazon. Outside of that… the trip was great! But 3 stars is what you get for the...
