Once a real estate and development office, Tom Landry, the Dallas Cowboys football coach, was brought in off the golf course and fired, in person, by the new owner Jerry Jones. Stay in the Landry room, where it all happened and with a canvas dedicated to the room. 6 top table for your dining needs and a laundry room for any washing needs. Chill on the side patio with 60's classic iron furniture, all with new cushions. The site was chosen by the developer for its location and views. Truly the best location, right next to the first tee box at the exclusive gated/guarded country club community of Barton Creek Lakeside. Most everything is brand new and has been designed by the owner, for a rejuvenating stay. Enjoy sitting back, in the electric recliners, or snoozing on the couch while watching your favorite shows or games. WIFI available along with an office area with a built-in computer area, perfect for those that still need to work while away. There is only 1 section in the exclusive community where they allow nightly rentals. This cottage is the only stand alone, no shared wall, unit. Walk right out the front door and tee off! (provided you have a tee time:))) All guests can get complete access to the private club, which includes formal and informal dining, 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course. fitness, pickleball, tennis, and a fabulous pool! Guest passes provided upon request. Pay for whatever you eat, drink, or play golf. There is no charge to use the pool unless you order food or drinks. This relaxing getaway features 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 bedroom with a queen bed (the Landry room), ensuring a cozy nights rest.

COULD HAVE CARS PARK OUT FRONT TO GO WORK OUT AT FITNESS CENTER AND THEY WILL WALK ACROSS THE PATIO AS EARLY AS 4 AM. ALL THIS MEANS IS HEADLIGHTS IN THE FRONT PRIMARY BEDROOM AND POSSIBLY HEAR PEOPLE TALKING AS THEY GO TO WORK OUT.
