“Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. ”

“I originally checked into the hotel and was assigned a room that when I got there the room was not clean, the toilet had feces in it and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I approached the front desk to move rooms, but was met with well a non apologetic guest host who in my opinion made me feel like it was my fault. “I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). ”
