“Their suite only allowed 4 people. We are 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. They still insisted on us to pay $15 for the 1 child. Not staying with them anymore! Overpriced!”

“Staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was disappointing...long wait for the elevator, the rooms have zero sound proofing, and last night was the worst....so many people being loud in the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Got almost no sleep. Breakfast was ok...not a big selection by any means. Very disappointed that the 3 nights I stayed there that the restaurant was closed. So during the snow storm, I couldn't eat since I wasn't leaving the hotel”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Access to free coffee/tea/hot choco at the lounge for 24 hrs was a neat idea. Their gym was also nice and clean. Staff were all superb as well.”
