“Their suite only allowed 4 people. We are 3 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. They still insisted on us to pay $15 for the 1 child. Not staying with them anymore! Overpriced!”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Both of the ladies at the check-in desk provided exceptional customer service and they were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a very rude and nasty client at the check-in next to me. The staff handled her with grace and professionalism even though they were well within their rights to toss her out the door. I was sorry to see them get treated this way,”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
