“We stayed in the jr suite on the 4th floor The room was terrible the sink was clogged in the bathroom. the day we checked into the room the room was dirty someone old chew, seeds and the remote didn’t work, next to the the bed the floor was wet and smelled like mold. Never staying in that hotel again ”

“Great location on Spokane River with paved trail/path along the river. Huge room. Clean and modern. Walkable/short Lime Ride to Convention Center, Podium, Spokane Arena. Food options short drive away. Parking is tight (I had to park at neighboring business). Breakfast room also small (we had to bring it to room), but food was good. Pool looked fine. Would stay again for sure.”

“I discovered blood stains on the comforter on my son's bed after he slept the entire night in that bed. When I informed the woman at the front desk, she didn't seem remotely surprised and just said she would inform the housekeeping staff. It made me wonder if this is a common occurrence... We definitely won't be returning.”

“I wanted to love this hotel because it was so cute, but we had a lot of inconveniences. First of all, our room had a cat pee smell that we could hardly stand. We tried to turn the heat on because the room was very cold, but it had a burning smell, so we left it off. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to watch one channel.
