“Breakfast was fast and good- We asked for housekeeping services 3 different times in one day, and they never showed up. We had to take our own dirty towels away and get fresh ones. That's all we asked for after being there 2 days, we needed clean towels and floor vacuumed, and no one ever came after calling 3 seperate times. Other than that, it was wonderful. ”

“We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. ”

The gentleman who provided the parking pass was very nice as well (forgot his name) Rooms have everything you need. Televisions were large and so was the shower! Great view, clean environment, and friendly staff....Will definitely be coming back. ”
