“We encountered spider and stink bugs in our room.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree in Reading. The check-in process was seamless (and the signature warm cookie is always a plus!). Our room was clean, quiet, and the AC kept everything perfectly cool throughout the night. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with local recommendations. It’s also conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The staff was very good but the hotel needs upgrades, as soon as I walked in the room my nose started burning from the dust and smells not just in the room but also in the hallways. The furniture was old and the floor needed replacing in the kitchen area, the bathroom toilet wasn’t cleaned. The carpet was so dirty, words can’t describe how much disappointed I was, if I could I would request a refund…”

“We didn't get to use the gym or the pool but both seemed in good condition. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice but the building and room both needed some repairs. The luggage cart had two flat tires and our room's bathroom had loose and cracked floor tiles. The shower also was leaking so the room smelled musty.”

“The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean. The bath tub had no grips or mat thus it was very slippery. We used a towel in the tub. Definitely a hazard ”
