“Property is run down, staff not helpful, when you asked a question it was always “I don’t know”. Shuttle does not run between 11-3, so no shuttle when we arrived or after check out. Cigarette butts in pool, algae in pool. Not enough towels or pillows. When we I left the room on our last day a guy came out of the room next to us with a pest control bottle and sprayer, when asked what he used it for he said cockroaches, and I asked it it was for bedbugs and lice and he said sometimes. “Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me.”

“The rear gate was closed to the side street. The hotel is set up to serve food, but there was no breakfast served in the morning. No coffee or water served anywhere. The snack area hardly had any snacks in it. There were no microwaves in the rooms. The good things were: spacious rooms, clean rooms, water pressure was greeat and had hit water. So thank you for that.”

“The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The pool was clean and functional and a good feature was that half was under cover and in the shade.
Breakfast was disappointing. Decent layout and clean and generous but VERY bland. Also , supplemental cooling units were in the lobby and dining area. Not bad but a abit of a distraction.”
