“Room was nice. Very clean but the noisiest room I've ever been in. The fan was so loud. I had to put a pillow over my head to try to drown out some of the noise to sleep. Other than that, the room was fine, although I didn't really appreciate the coded doors”

“We found this stay very good. Close to the highway, restaurants and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked a question. Highly recommend this motel.”

“The service at this property was great and helpful with everything. But the rooms are in severe need of updating or deep cleaning. My partner and I were first placed in room 6312 and it was bug ridden, full of cobwebs, smelled of mold, and still dirty. I had to kill about 20 bugs. We were luckily able to get a room change into a much cleaner room but still couldn’t get over the amount of bugs we had to kill. “The room was very confortable and there were even barn doors that closed the sleeping section, so that the rest of the room was like a living room / work area. The parking was very pricey and there was no place to charge an electric car at the hotel. Staff was nice, but did not know where we could charge the car nearby. They should be more informed. The breakfast was not very good. We stayed two nights, so I tried different things. Bagels, muffins, croissants were not fresh. Coffee was just ok....

“This hotel is amazing. The hard rock theme is throughout the hotel. Also want to add the hotel is even more impressive in person- the lobby, bar, gym, pool and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the stay for a family of 5. Stayed in the family suite. 10/10 hotel looking forward to more stays. The factory, club house bowling and shaw’s ice cream and convience of having everything under the historic kellogg factory is a must go to staycation. Enjoy your stay”

“I stayed at the Ramada the night before. I had two lights that wouldn't work, the remote had the batteries in backwards so i had to fix that and a toilet that leaked water on the floor. Then I went to four points and it was like entering a new room. It was clean, the carpet looked new. I had the fitness room to myself each time I exercised, which was nice. “The room was great, great location, friendly staff,but the breakfast was mediocre and the hotel was under construction the entire stay. Plus there was a bunch of homeless people who were definitely doing drugs ~25 feet from the front entrance the entire stay”

“We had an ok stay. Unfortunately our bedroom smelled like raw sewage for some reason, not sure if it's because the facilities are old? Also unfortunately when I was in the shower did I realize they were out of conditioner and body soap. For the amount of money the room cost the facilities were not up to what I'd expect.”
