“All good apart from having a room with a toilet that did not flush. Not a pleasant experience”

“Bathroom corners were a little dirty. Overall the whole room was nice. It was great to have the option to close the bedroom/bed from the living room as there were two of us staying. I did also enjoy the separation from the bathroom and the sink. Mini fridge was a little smaller than thought. Gym was a nice addition as well. Breakfast was a little sad as the protein options for meet were cold deli slice but we made do.”

“All went well, from check-in to check-out. Staff made it a point to greet me with every in and out I made. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A large tv, complete with local cable options made it a dream stay. My 1 night stay in London didn’t provide me with any opportunity to use the pool, nor the on-site restaurant. “The room we had was 317 it was very cold and not comfortable. We left and went to another room . My dad was having major surgery the next day and we all were very cold in this room”

“The staff were helpful but our room on the second floor was decrepit. The air conditioning smelled like urine, there was hair all over the bed, and the lock on our door was broken. I would not recommend staying here.”
